At our counseling practice, we embrace a holistic approach to treatment, addressing the interconnected needs of the mind, body, and spirit. We believe that understanding both conscious and subconscious emotions, as well as the feelings tied to them, is essential for effective healing. Since memories shape how our brains process and assign meaning to life experiences, identifying how these memories were stored is key to rewiring negative associations.
In collaboration with the team at Trauma Solutions, we work to process and reframe these memories, freeing the mind and body from undesired connections creating true healing.
Your Time
Sessions are tailored to your schedule and financial abilities. They are offered as weekly, bi-weekly, maintenance and intensive sessions.
Trauma Solutions offer's Intensive IFS and EMDR therapy sessions ranging from 2-3hrs per day. Intensives are not covered by insurance.
